Jocelyn K. Ginn

Jocelyn K. ""Joy"" Ginn, 65, of Logan, passed away Friday, February 8, 2008 at The Ohio State University Hospital East, Columbus. She was born February 22, 1942, in Logan, daughter of the late Paul and Verna Dane Webb. She was married to Howard E. Ginn of Logan, who survives.

Joy was employed by Osburn Associates, Inc. She was a 1960 graduate of Logan High School, a member of the Pumpkin Vine Golf Club in Bremen, and a past member of the Brass Ring Golf Club and the Women's Business and Professional Club of Logan.

In addition to her husband, Joy is survived by a daughter, Kelly Dwayne Shaffer of Lancaster; two grandchildren, Justin Polt and Kristen Shaffer; brothers, Danny Becky Webb and Bill JoAnne Webb all of Logan; nieces, Missy, Nickie and Abby Webb; 3 great nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, James W. Mary Lois Harris of Salem, MO and her very special dog and companion, Jetta.

Joy's wish was to be cremated. There will be a gathering of family and friends in Joy's memory at the family's convenience. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
