Donald Robert Carr

Donald Robert Carr, 76, of Guysville, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2008, in Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus. He was born February 4, 1932 in Floodwood, Ohio, son of the late John and Marie LeLong Carr.

He was a meat cutter and an Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Donald is survived by one son, Shane Dawn Holdren Carr of Guysville; three daughters, Paula John Ocovic of Columbus, Tammy Carr of Morrow Bay, California and Dawn Carr of Carson City, Nevada; one brother, David Carr of Columbus; two sisters, Betty Wicker of Columbus and Jody Bartlett of Columbus and a special friend, Virginia Guess of Coolville.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

Graveside services will be held 1 P.M., Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
