Jane P. Weeks

Jane P. Weeks, 66, of Athens, passed away Friday, July 4, 2008, at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens. She was born May 31, 1942, in Hartville, Ohio, daughter of the late James A. and Helen Kasler Parish Sr. Jane was married to David E. Weeks, who survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Scott Tonya Weeks of Hermitage, Tennessee; daughter, Kristin John Owens of New Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren, Savannah, Kyle and Meredith Weeks and Abby and Samuel Owens; brother, James A. Parish Jr. of Glouster; two half brothers, Don and Bob Replogle and two sisters, Nancy Kasler of The Plains and Kathy Davenport of Rumford, Rhode Island.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Monday, July 7, 2008, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 30 Main St., Glouster, with John Wright officiating. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, from 6-8 P.M. and on Monday, one hour prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Jane P. Weeks, to the Athens County Visiting Nurses Association, 30 Herrold Ave., Athens, Ohio 45701.
