Annie Josephine Skiver

January 26, 1920 — October 5, 2008

Annie Josephine Skiver 88 of Logan passed away October 5, 2008 in Hocking Valley Community Hospital. She was born January 26, 1920 in Greendale, Ohio daughter of the late William Henry and Jennie Marie Lambert Dye. She was married to Melvin W. Skiver Sr. who survives. Jo attended Trinity U.M. Church and was a retired bus driver for the Hocking County Board of Mental Retardation.

She is survived by a daughter Jennie Leigh Willison Gary Daubenmire of Logan, sons Melvin W. Skiver Jr. of Lancaster, Texas R. Susie Willison of Lancaster and John E. Leona Willison of Columbus. 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

Jo was preceded in death by brothers Charles, Richard, Lester, Vern, Cecil, and James Dye, sisters Hazel Glasscock, Edna Page, Jean Ellis, June Hemrick, Margaret Delaney, and Dorothy Harrison.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St. Logan with Rev. Doug Stull officiating. Interment will be in Knollwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00AM until time of services.

The family suggests contributions be made to Fair HoPe Hospice 1111 E. Main St. Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
