Paul W. Clonch, 81, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2008 at his residence. He was born November 21, 1926 in London, Ohio, son of the late George W. and Frances Newell Clonch. Paul was married to Helen Schrader Clonch, who survives.
He was a retired oil well driller, a WWII Army Veteran and a member of the Logan American Legion.
Paul is survived by sons, Marcus D. Lee Ann Clonch of Logan and Larry S. Sharon Clonch of Cincinnati; daughters, Mildred Tod Conrad of Circleville and Gayle Tony Howard of Fayetteville; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Wilbert Dorothy Clonch of Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Clyde Clonch of Logan and sisters, Audrey Jack Keesee of Columbus, Alta James Fish of Rutland, Marjorie Delbert McComas of Columbus and Maxine James Richter, Kentucky.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Robert and Leland Clonch and four sisters, Bessie Clouse, Dorothy Demoskey, Kathleen Clonch and Jean Goodwin.
Graveside services will be held 10 A.M., Saturday, November 1, 2008 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, with the Hocking County Honor Guard officiating. Friends may call at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, on Friday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.
