Daniel J. Peyton

Daniel J. Peyton, 44, of Clinton, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008 following a sudden illness. He was born March 26, 1964 in Nelsonville, Ohio, son of Rea William Croley of Albany and the late Daniel Peyton. Daniel was married to his loving wife Michelle, who survives.

He earned his Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree from Ohio University and was employed as a chemical engineer for the Jonsonite Rubber Company of Middlefield, Ohio. Daniel was a member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church, was an avid golfer and an Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by sisters, Sherrie Richard Kisor of Wellston, Rea Ric Faught of Albany and Mary Marco McVey of Albany; father and mother-in-law, Larry and Karen Gray of Canton; four nieces; two nephews; one great niece; uncle, Joe Frances Hamilton of McArthur and an aunt, Gay Bill Shrewsberry of Florida.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Monday, November 17, 2008 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor Ferrell Rood officiating. Interment will be in Madison Township Cemetery, Zaleski. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home on Monday, from 11 A.M., until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in memory of Daniel J. Peyton, to Westbrook Park United Methodist Church, 2521 12th St., NW, Canton, Ohio 44708.
