Edward Lee Johnson

Edward Lee Johnson, 64, of Coolville, formerly of Nelsonville, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2009 at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, Athens. He was born April 10, 1944 in Athens County, son of the late Edward Johnson and Maude Six Bailey.

He is survived by a sister, Carolyn Steve Griffin of Nelsonville and two brothers, Jimmy and Richard Johnson

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Elsbert Johnson

Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville. In accordance to Edwards wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services observed.
