Catherine Dennison

Catherine Dennison, 88, of Logan, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009 at Logan Health Care Center in Logan. She was born August 15, 1920, in Columbus, daughter of the late Joseph Benedetto and Edna Fritz Benedetto Higgins. Catherine was the widow of the late John Dennison.

She is survived by a sister, June Staten of Logan; a niece, Linda Jordan of Logan and two nephews, Charles Staten of Logan and Robert Staten of Columbus.

In addition to her parents and husband, Catherine was preceded in death by a nephew, William Staten and a brother-in-law, Charles E. Staten.

Funeral services will be held 6 P.M., Thursday, February 26, 2009 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Charles Fidler officiating. Private graveside services will be held Friday, in Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2-4 P.M.
