Debra Ann Waugh

Debra Ann Waugh, 51, of Logan, passed away Friday, March 27, 2009 in Wellston. She was born July 19, 1957, in Findley, Ohio, daughter of David and Patricia Binger Shiley of New Knoxville, Ohio. Debra was married to Larry D. Waugh, who survives.

She was a registered nurse, a graduate of Miami Valley School of Nursing and a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Logan.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by three sons, Zak Sarah Waugh of Wellston, Spencer Sydney Miller Waugh of Columbus and Grant Waugh of Columbus; a daughter, Courtney Waugh of Orlando, Florida; grandmother, Marilyn Miller of Fostoria, Ohio and two sisters, Beth Jim Teeters Klima of New Knoxville and Jill Connie Abrams Shiley of Medford, New Jersey.

Debra was preceded in death by a son, Tyler David Waugh and a daughter, Neysea G. Waugh.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, April 1, 2009 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. James E. Waugh officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in memory of Debra Ann Waugh to the Hocking Valley Community Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 966, Logan, Ohio 43138 or the New Knoxville United Methodist Youth Fellowship, 109 S. Main St., New Knoxville, Ohio 45871.
