Patricia K. Dearing

Patricia K. Dearing 55 of Logan passed away April 14, 2009 in Hocking Valley Community Hospital. She was born June 25, 1953 in Wapakoneta, Ohio, daughter of the late Theodore and Edna Heath Doseck. Pat was married to Merle M. Dearing who survives.

She worked at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in the Dietary Dept. for 14 years, was a member of the St. Matthew Lutheran Church, was a former Girl Scout Leader and is a member of the Civil War Memorial Society in Gettysburg, Pa.

Pat is survived by a son Stephen Dearing of Logan, and a daughter Tracie Dearing of New Plymouth. She was blessed with 2 sets of parents including Dr. James and Dorothy Ditty of Pineville, Ky. She is also survived by 2 brothers Charles Doseck of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Fred Doseck of Tennessee, and a sister Eileen Doseck of Indiana.

She was preceded in death by a brother Roger Doseck.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday in the Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan with Rev. Mark Daniels and Dr. James Ditty officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 5-8PM, and on Saturday 1 hour prior to the services. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Hocking Valley Industries Adult Service Council 1369 E. Front St. Logan, Ohio 43138.
