Edward L. Seum

Edward L. Seum, 68, of Rockbridge, went home to be with his Heavenly Father, Saturday, April 25, 2009. He was born November 12, 1940 in Columbus, son of the late Elmer L. and Bessie Tripplett Seum. Ed was married to Emmallie Crabtree Seum, who survives.

He retired from Edwards Heating and Cooling.

Ed is survived by a son, Bud Angelia Seum of Rockbridge; two daughters, Sherry Kevin Thatcher of Laurelville and Terry Mike Marr of Baltimore; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three brothers, Charles L. Seum of Baltimore, Joe Seum of Plain City and Ted Seum of Columbus and one sister, June Gerhardt of Columbus.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Weston.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Wednesday, April 29, 2009 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Charles Fidler officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.
