Ida Mae Cheeseman

Ida Mae Cheeseman, 85, of Logan, passed away, Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan. She was born March 8, 1924 in Doanville, the daughter of the late John and Mabel Brooks Coleman. She was widow of the late Everett Homer Cheeseman, Sr.

She attended the Church of God in Logan.

She is survived by sons, Joe Cheeseman of New Straitsville and Homer Patricia Cheeseman of Nelsonville; daughter, Judy Green and companion Joe of Texas; 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Bailey and a grandson, Eric Cheeseman.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville. Interment will be at Carbon Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
