Brenda Gertrude Carper

Brenda Gertrude Carper, 51, of Wilkesville, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born April 10, 1958, in Westerville, Ohio, daughter of Viola Russell Luca Bowen of Wilkesville and the late Michael Lucas.

Brenda is survived by two brothers, William Lucas of Wilkesville and David Amanda Lucas of Vinton and two sisters, Linda David Birckbichler of Johnstown, Ohio and Dianna Fitzh Fields of Whitehall, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 P.M., Monday, June 15, 2009 in Radcliff Cemetery, Radcliff, with Pastor David Peoples officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
