Wayne Nile Sanders

Wayne Nile Sanders, 57, of Athens, passed away Friday, June 12, 2009 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. He was born May 31, 1952, in Athens, son of the late L. W. and Eileen Hushower Sanders.

Wayne is survived by a sister, Jean Carsey of Athens and a nephew, Leo Sherri Carsey of Athens.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bill Carsey.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, June 18, 2009 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Rev. David Cogar officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 5-8 P.M.
