Ethel M. Susie Mock

Ethel M. ""Susie"" Mock, 86, of Logan, passed away Monday, September 7, 2009 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. She was born March 8, 1923, in Hocking County, daughter of the late Willie and Della Dupler Goss. Susie was the widow of the late Carl Louis Mock.

She was a receptionist for the late Dr. Starr and worked at Elberfelds. Susie was a member of the West Pleasant Hill U.B Church.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Susie was preceded in death by her first husband, Vernie McCune; brothers, Raymond, Ralph, Reese, Willie, Melvin and John Goss; sisters, Marie Sheets, Mary Householder; several nephews and a great niece.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, September 12, 2009 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Kelly K. Householder and Pastor Al Carter officiating. Interment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.
