Margaretha Yaple

Margaretha ""Margaret"" Yaple, 82, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Huston Nursing Home in Hamden. She was born October 8, 1927, in Kaprun, Austria, daughter of the late Josef and Maria Altenberger Lederer. Margaret was married to Floyd Lonzo Yaple, who survives.

Margaret is survived by John Yaple of Chillicothe and Ben Yaple of Laurelville; daughters, Evelyn Lee Amerine and Kathy Rick Owings both of McArthur; five grandchildren; several great grandchildren and two sisters, Katie Vorreiter and Fine Altenberger both of Austria.

Graveside services will be held 10 A.M., Wednesday, November 4, 2009 in Vanhoose Cemetery, McArthur, with Rev. Jim Taylor officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
