Joseph Alan Meece

Joseph Alan Meece, 52, of McArthur, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at his residence. He was born December 6, 1956 in McArthur, son of Lois Ruth Davis Meece of Jackson and the late Marion Matthew Meece.

He is survived by three sons, Jeremy Meece of McArthur, Zach Meece and Jesse Meece both of Buckeye, Arizona; two brothers, Addison Mac Betty Meece of Jackson and James Lester Lillian Meece of Oregon and two sisters, Shirley Ann Taborn and Ellen Ruth Mark Floyd both of Jackson.

In addition to his father, Joe was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Lee Toops.

Joe has been cremated. A memorial service will be held 7 P.M., Thursday, November 19, 2009 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 P.M. until the time of the service.
