Edna Cookie Hatfield

Edna ""Cookie"" Hatfield, 56, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan. She was born October 4, 1953, in Hocking County, daughter of James and Emily Lucille Rupe Harkless of Haydenville. Cookie was married for 32 years to Don M. Hatfield Sr., who survives.

She formerly worked at Goodyear and Logan Health Care Center.

In addition to her parents and husband, Cookie is survived by sons, Charles W. Campbell, John L. Campbell and Don M. Hatfield Jr., all of Logan; daughter, Jamey L. Jonathan Miller of Logan; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; a brother, Rocky Lorena Harkless of Nelsonville and a sister, Cindy Tom Hatfield Jr. of Logan.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Harkless.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Saturday, December 19, 2009 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Minister Dale Parsley officiating. Interment will be in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
