Clara M. O'Leary

Clara M. O'Leary, 87, of Zaleski, passed away Friday, December 18, 2009 at Huston Nursing Home in Hamden. She was born January 28, 1922 in Edmond, West Virginia, daughter of the late Walter and Lu Ulma O'Dell Morris. Clara was the widow of the late James R. ""Dick"" O'Leary.

She was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church in Zaleski.

Clara is survived by sons, John ""Dickie"" O'Leary and Kevin Marsha O'Leary both of Zaleski; daughters, Vicki Larry Harkins of McArthur, Dixie Michael Green of Zaleski and Nikki Dale Harvey of Zaleski; twelve grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and a sister, Frances Tripp of Rockbridge.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a great granddaughter; two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Monday, December 21, 2009 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church in Zaleski with Father Joseph Trapp officiating. Interment will be in St. Sylvester Catholic Cemetery, Zaleski. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur on Sunday, from 4-8 P.M.
