Esther Ruth Mcdaniels

Esther ""Ruth"" McDaniels, 77, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at her residence. She was born January 24, 1932, in Logan, daughter of the late Bill and Irene Teal McQuaid. Ruth was the widow of the late Eugene F. McDaniels.

She was a member of Peoples Church in Logan.

Ruth is survived by sons, Wayne Judy McDaniels, Tim Kathy McDaniels and Mark McDaniels; daughters, Marsha Denny Wilson and Georgia Jack Primmer; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Don and Gary McQuaid and sisters, Jean Fouty, Pat Hartshorn, Judy Wray, June McQuaid, Marlene Brown, Jane Reed and Carol Myers.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Huffines and a brother, George McQuaid.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Monday, December 28, 2009 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Roger Reed officiating. Interment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 12 noon until the time of the service.
