Judith J. Bolton-Webb

Judith J. Bolton-Webb, 70, of McArthur, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at her residence. She was born November 28, 1939 in Vinton County, daughter of the late Gerald and Bertha Mitchell Peoples. Judith was married to Paul E. Webb, who survives.

She retired from Columbus Public Schools where she was a librarian for 30 years and was a member of Log Pile Church.

Judith is survived by sons, Richard Tina Bolton of Hamden and Eric Kauffman of Marysville; a daughter, Brenda McPeek of Ashville; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Delbert Peoples, Dennis Peoples and Dave Peoples and sisters, Ruth Sickels, Susan Storms, Karen Cox, Dorothy Rose, Donna Denny and Shirley Ousley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard E. Bolton.

Private graveside services will be held in Hamden Cemetery with Rev. Jim McFadden officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
