Richard Allen Ricky Maxwell

Richard Allen ""Ricky"" Maxwell, 37, of Circleville, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 23, 2010 at his residence. He was born July 14, 1972 in Chillicothe, son of Maudie M. Brown Maxwell and the late John L. Maxwell.

He graduated from Vinton County High School in 1990.

Ricky is survived by his brothers, John Maxwell of Albany, Jerry Kim Maxwell of Chillicothe, Herb Maxwell of Wellston and Robert Kelly Maxwell of McArthur; sisters, Marilyn JR Day of Ray, Diana Easterday of Chillicothe, Bonnie Dale Maxwell of Circleville, Linda John Reiter Maxwell of Prattsville and Angie Monte Hill Maxwell of Circleville; many nieces and nephews and his fiancé Erin Daugherty Pickell of Circleville.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two nephews, John Paul Cecil and Stevie Allen Day and a brother-in-law, Foster Easterday.

Funeral services will be held 3 P.M., Friday, January 29, 2010 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Rev. Jim McFadden officiating. Interment will be in Log Pile Cemetery, Ray. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 1 P.M. until the time of the service.
