Davis E. Pat Mcafee

Davis E. ""Pat"" McAfee, 100, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010. He was born July 9, 1909, in Carbondale, Ohio, son of the late George and Amy Robbins McAfee. Pat was married to the late Hattie Kennard McAfee.

He was a retired coal miner and also worked at Logan Clay Products. Pat was a member of Delta Lodge #207 F&AM in McArthur, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus and the Aladdin Temple Shrine.

Pat is survived by sons, Jerry Diana McAfee of Columbus and David Sheila McAfee of New Plymouth; grandchildren, Scott Melinda McAfee of Westerville, Robin McAfee of Columbus, Jeremy Angie McAfee of Logan and Jaime Jim Funk of New Plymouth; great grandchildren, Jared, Carlee, Jonah and Mia McAfee and Josie and Jennie Funk.

Pat was the last of ten children.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, April 17, 2010 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Jim Mathias officiating. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery, Hocking County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. where Masonic services will be held at 7:30 P.M.
