Clifford Paul Eckenroad

Clifford Paul Eckenroad Jr., 58, of Nelsonville, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010 at his residence. He was born January 25, 1952 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, son of Betty Eckenroad of Johnstown, Pennsylvania and the late Clifford P. Eckenroad Sr. Clifford was married to Deborah Bumgardner Carter Eckenroad of Nelsonville.

He was employed at Hocking College and was a member of the Nelsonville Elks Lodge #543.

Clifford is survived by daughters, Carrie John Ward Eckenroad of Nelsonville and Christine Jason Dudley of The Plains; grandchildren, Trevor Eckenroad-Ward, Kayla David Riddle and Katheline Dudley; a great grandson, David Riddle Jr.; a brother, Richard Lindsey Eckenroad of Johnstown, Pennsylvania and sisters, Linda Bobbie Jeffries and Barbie Robert Harvey both of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Gerogie Fingerhoot and his first wife, Diane Smith Eckenroad.

Clifford wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held 7 P.M., Thursday, May 13, 2010 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5-7 P.M.
