Sarah Jane Rutter

Sarah Jane Rutter, 35, of McArthur, passed away Monday, May 17, 2010 at her residence. She was born December 17, 1974 in Gallipolis, daughter of the late James Archie and Elizabeth Ann Rowland Ousley. Sarah was married to Billy D. Rutter, who survives.

Sarah is survived by her daughters, Savannah Peoples, Annalou Rutter, Kelsey Rutter, Sarah Rutter and Jamielynn Rutter all of McArthur; sisters, Kathryn Larry Peoples of McArthur and April Ousley of Wellston; half sisters, Mary Moran of McArthur and Joyce Seymour of Hamden; a half brother, Mark Seymour of Hamden and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Kathryn and Charles Rowland; paternal grandparents, Sarah and Mike Ousley and a half sister, Lucy Moran.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, May 22, 2010 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor David Peoples officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 6-8 P.M.
