Homer Eugene Haburn

Homer Eugene ""Gene"" Haburn, 70, of McArthur, passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 at Holzer Medical Center Jackson. He was born February 14, 1940 in Vinton County, son of the late Homer Lewis and Rose Malone Haburn. Gene was married to Linda Harkins Haburn, who survives, for 43 years.

He retired from Buckeye Automatic and was A Vietnam veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the McArthur Eagles and American Legion.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister Beverly Clary of McArthur.

Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. A caring cremation will take place and no services will be observed at this time.
