Craig Allen Oxley

Craig Allen Oxley, 41, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born March 12, 1969 in Athens, son of Judith McClain Oxley, of The Plains and the late Dorsel Oxley. Craig was married to Lisa McClain Oxley, who survives.

In addition to his mother and wife, Craig is survived by daughters, Holly and Ivy Oxley of the home and sisters, Donna Bentley and Becky Larry Howard all of Athens.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandmother, Lillian Oxley.

A memorial service will be held 6 P.M., Sunday, July 25, 2010 at the First Street Village Apartments Community Center in The Plains. Private burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
