Charles W. Cox, 86, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan. He was born September 27, 1923 in Hocking County, son of the late John Sumner and Nellie Grace Frank Cox.
He was a retired electrician and a member of the Ewing Grange.
Charles is survived by a sister, Dorothy Kozlowski of Dayton; a sister-in-law, Virginia Cox of Aurora; good friends, Jim and Bonnie White and Larry Dicken all of Logan and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John R. and Fred J. Cox.
Graveside services will be held 10 A.M., Friday, July 30, 2010 in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge, with Rev. Charles Fidler officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second Street, Logan.
