Debra L. Carman

Debra L. Carman, 53, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born June 8, 1957 in Athens, daughter of the late Kenneth and Dora Stanley Carman. Debra was married to William ""Bill"" Doherty of McArthur, who survives.

She is survived by a son, Billy Doherty of McArthur; daughters, Kayla Doherty, Cheyenne Doherty, Dominique Doherty and Janice Doherty all of McArthur; two grandchildren, McKenna White and Destiny Graham and sisters, Lois Kenneth Hartley of Dundas, Nancy Butcher of Carbon Hill and Carolyn Ed Doherty of Zaleski.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Carman.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High Street, McArthur, with Rev. Jim Taylor officiating. Interment will be in New Marshfield Cemetery, New Marshfield. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 11 A.M. until the time of the service.
