Jack K. Kirkendall

Jack K. Kirkendall, 59, of Buchtel, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Doctors Hospital in Nelsonville. He was born January 17, 1951 in Nelsonville, son of the late Elden and Marjorie Shelton Kirkendall.

Jack is survived by a brother, Fred Janet Kirkendall of Nelsonville; sisters, Billie White of Start, Louisiana, Sondra Foltz of Nelsonville and his twin sister, Jill Kirkendall of Buchtel; a special friend, Jim McDonald and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Kirkendall and a sister, Margaret Ruth Kirkendall.

Jack's wishes were to be cremated. Visitation will be held at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville, on Sunday, from 3-5 P.M.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Buchtel United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 230, Buchtel, Ohio 45716.
