Delmar Dale Spring

Delmar Dale ""Jim"" Spring, 77, of Logan, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan. He was born May 24, 1933 in Roseville, Ohio, son of the late Delmar Spring and Martha Kern McIntosh.

He retired from Goodyear in Logan; was a Korean Army Veteran, a life member of the Logan Amvets, the Logan VFW and the Logan Moose Lodge.

Jim is survived by sons, Michael Maria Dove Spring of Logan and Randy Lisa Cullison of Logan; grandchildren, Destiny and Izabella Spring and Lacey and Curtis Cullison; step grandchildren, Jasmine, Kaitlyn and Trevor Dove; brothers, Delbert ""Jack"" Spring of Buckeye Lake, Paul Mary Lou Spring of Roseville, Bill Jones of Utah and Wilbur ""Howard"" Jones; his former wife, Janie Spring of Logan and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bert McIntosh and John Spring.

A memorial service will be held 6 P.M., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Rev. David Cogar officiating. No visitation will be observed.
