Harold Ellis Bowman

Harold Ellis Bowman, 72, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at his residence. He was born September 9, 1938 in Utica, New York, son of the late Alton James and Ruth Berl Mosher Bowman. Harold was married to Barbara Campbell Bowman, who survives.

He was a retired landscaper, a member of the Lancaster AMVETS and Lancaster VFW.

Harold is survived by sons, Harold Katie Bowman, Raymond Lisa Bowman and Donald Kathy Turner; daughters, Sherry Edward Moran, Juli Dale Gang and Cynthia Turner; twenty two grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren; brothers, Alvin Jeannie Bowman and Harold Nancy Benton and sisters, Ruth William Russell, Ethel Paul Hatch and Melva Compo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Alton, Elwin and Ernest; sisters, Mary and Bertha and a great grandson, Brent.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
