Michael Wayne Odom

Michael Wayne Odom, 51, of Chauncey, passed away Friday, January 28, 2011 in Chauncey. He was born August 10, 1959 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, son of Rosalie Baxley Odom of Laurelville and the late Wayne Odom.

Mike is survived by a son, Shane Miranda Cox; daughters, Amy Malick Leonard Ndiaye and Shauna Camron Boyer Odom; eight grandchildren; a brother, Chris Donna Odom and sisters, Janice McCarty, Brenda Odom, Teresa Tucker, Cindy Kelly Coss and Laura Jeremy Whitmore.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Friday, February 4 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Willard Whitmore officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 12 noon until the time of the service.
