L. Adrienne Blake

L. Adrienne Blake, 91, of Logan, passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 at Logan Health Care Center. She was born March 6, 1919 in Carbon Hill, daughter of the late John and Cannie Belle Sweazy Devol. Adrienne was the widow of the late Don Blake.

She was the oldest living member of the Peoples Church in Logan.

Adrienne is survived by a son, Donald Patti Blake of Logan; daughters, Sonja Don ""Zeke"" Wycoff of Boaz, Alabama and Shelby Roger Fidler of Logan; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brothers, David Devol of Melbourne, Florida, Dannie Jane Devol of Logan and Bob Eunice Devol of Lancaster; a sister, Mary Barnhart of Lancaster and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Scott Wycoff; brothers, Donald, Phillip, Johnnie and Anthony Devol and sisters, Dorothea Spence, Velma Jones and Thelma Devol.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Friday, February 11, 2011 in the Peoples Church, 30811 Lake Logan Rd., Logan, with Rev. Timothy Hacker officiating. Interment will be in Carbon Hill Cemetery, Carbon Hill. Friends may call at the Peoples Church, on Thursday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. and on Friday, one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of L. Adrienne Blake to the Peoples Church, 30811 Lake Logan Rd., Logan, Ohio 43138.
