June Louise Pratt

June Louise Pratt, 81, of McArthur, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 6, 1929 in New Marshfield, daughter of the late Virgil and Lucille Dowler Six. June was the widow of the late Virgil L. Pratt.

She is survived by her son, Sherman Robin Pratt of McArthur; daughters, Sue Mike Harden of Logan, Shirley Danny Powell of McArthur and Sharia Paul Martin Powell of McArthur; one grandson; seven granddaughters; seventeen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; brothers, Clarence Jody Six of Cape Coral, Florida and Kenny Sharon Six of Parker, Indiana; sisters, Debra Ron Armfield of Jonesboro, Indiana and Linda Smith of Jackson and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, June was preceded in death by an infant son; an infant daughter; a granddaughter; a sister, Violet Dotterwick and a brother, Neal Six.

June's wishes were to be cremated. No visitation or services will be held. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
