Edward Lee Fout

Edward Lee Fout, 74, of McArthur, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born August 4, 1936 in Vinton County, son of Helen Louise Eveland Fout of McArthur and the late Langley Chester Fout. Ed was married to Joyce L. Harper Fout, who survives.

He retired from Zaleski State Forest and was an Army Veteran.

Ed is survived by a son, Bruce Fout of Creola; grandchildren, Mandy Kevin Young of Wellston, Nikki Zachary Connolly of Racine and Bruce Edward Fout of Columbus; a great grandchild, Kaci Leigh Young; a brother, Aaron Rosalie Fout of Grove City and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennifer Renee Fout.

Ed's wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held 7 P.M., Thursday, March 10, 2011 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor Ferrell Rood officiating. Private graveside services will be held in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5 P.M. until the time of the service.
