Troy Lane T.J. Amodio Jr.

Troy Lane ""T.J."" Amodio Jr., 28, of Buchtel, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Ohio State University Medical Center East in Columbus. He was born August 25, 1982 in Athens, son of Troy Lane Amodio Sr. of Nelsonville and Doris Ann Conkle of Buchtel.

He graduated from Nelsonville York High School and Beacon School in 2004.

In addition to his parents, T.J. is survived by his other parents, Tabitha Amodio of Nelsonville and Curtis Gilden of Buchtel; sisters, Tiana L. Amodio Farley of Athens, Lacey Amodio of Nelsonville and Megan Fisher of Nelsonville; brother, Bryan Fisher of Nelsonville; stepbrother and stepsister, Justin and Danielle Gilden; special sister, Tosha Young; grandmother, Rosa Mae Amodio of Lancaster; niece and nephews, Paris, Izaac, Isaiah and baby Dress; aunts, Karen and Betty; uncle, Danny and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his twin brother, John Charles ""J.C."" Amodio and his grandparents, John and Shirley Conkle and Mack Amodio Sr.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, April 13, 2011 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville, with Rev. Steve Heskett officiating. Interment will be in Whitmore Cemetery, Buchtel. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.
