Betty Jane Wine

Betty Jane Wine, age 91, of Haines City, Florida, formerly of Logan, passed away Friday, May 20, 2011 of natural causes at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, Florida.

She is survived by her husband, Lester O. Wine and children, Sandra Ray Perry, Danny Rhonda Wine, Karolyn David Evans and Annette Tucker; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Alice Rex Dupler of Florida and Mrs. Ruth Daubenmire of Logan; two stepbrothers, Mr. Homer Kay Hockman, of Logan and Mr. Nicholas Barb Hockman, Shawnee, Kansas and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Solomon and Bessie Ellen Wolfe Snider and three brothers, Paul, Charles and Thomas Snider; step-mother Mabel Inboden Hockman Snider and a stepbrother, Mr. Noel Doris Hockman.

Friends and family, calling hours will be 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Services will be 2 P.M., Thursday, at Cardaras Funeral Home, with Pastor Janice C. Winters officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
