Robert Allen Rutter

Robert Allen ""Bob"" Rutter, 47, of New Plymouth, passed away Friday, June 24, 2011 at his residence. He was born December 2, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio, son of Catherine Redd Debolt of New Plymouth and Harold Rutter of Port Clinton.

In addition to his parents, Bob is survived by his loving companion, Jeanette Looker of New Plymouth; a brother, Joseph Rutter of New Plymouth; sisters, Deborah Steve Thompson of Canal Winchester, Janet Ralph Hoy of Columbus, Patti Jack Lowe of Lancaster and Linda Mike Harmon of Columbus; a special aunt, Linda Redd of Alexandria and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.

Bob's wish was to be cremated and a memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St.
