Terry Alan Fout

Terry Alan Fout, 48, of Ray, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 12, 2011. He was born May 6, 1963 in Chillicothe, son of Linda Manion Yates of Ray and the late Ray Fout. Terry was married to Marlena Collins Fout, who survives.

Terry was a Vinton County Fair Board Member and dedicated much of his time to the fairgrounds and the 4-H kids of Vinton County. He was employed at AK Ready Mix and enjoyed riding rail buggies and loved buggy camp.

Terry is survived by his sons, Tyler and Austin Fout; daughters, Terra and Courtney Fout; a brother, Rick Fout; sisters, Rhonda Nichols and Jodell Long; grandparents, Rev. Ralph and Rosemary Manion; mother and father-in-law, Dorothy and Harry Collins; stepfather, Joe Yates and a special friend and cousin, Mark Fout.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Fout and grandparents, Dale and Erma Fout.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Friday, July 15, 2011 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Jim McFadden officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 4-8 P.M.

The family suggests contributions be made to the Terry Fout Memorial Fund at the Vinton County National Bank, 112 W. Main St., McArthur, Ohio 45651, to be used to renovate the Hog Barn at the fairgrounds.
