Steven B. Schoonover

Steven B. Schoonover, 59, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. He was born September 16, 1951 in Athens, son of the late Marion Edward Schoonover and Freda Roselyn Mullins Schoonover. Steven was married for 20 years to Diana Bailey Schoonover, who survives.

He was an antique dealer and a member of the Sons of AmVets in Chauncey.

In addition to his wife, Diana, Steven is survived by sons, Steven B. Sara Schoonover of South Vienna, Ohio and Scott Amber Schoonover of Athens, Georgia; grandchildren, Biron Schoonover, Lana Rose ""Rosey"" Schoonover and Khloe Anne Schoonover; brothers, Bill Candy Taylor Schoonover of Chauncey, Jeff Janice Schoonover of Millfield, Frank Schoonover of Chauncey and Rick Schoonover of Chauncey and a sister, Lynda Rex Storer of Athens.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 27, 2010 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville, with John Wright officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8 PM.
