Almyre Pauline Wright

Almyre Pauline Wright, 76, of McArthur, passed away December 10, 2011 at her residence. She was born August 31, 1935 in Greenup, Kentucky, daughter of the late Hubert Morris and Bertha Orsborn Morris Conley.

Almyre attended Allensville Christian Church.

Almyre is survived by her children, Rick Swabach of North Carolina, Terry Swabach of New Boston, Raymond Radford of New Boston, Sondra McDaniel of McArthur and Clydia William Spears of McArthur; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Paul Morris, George Morris, Robert Morris, Bill Morris and Junior Conley; sisters, Betty Kay Nagel, Bessie Howell, Glenna Slark and Frances Tayler and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Morris and sisters, Opal Thompson and Janet Lumpkins.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, December 15, 2011 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 6-8 P.M.
