Tina Bumgardner

Tina Bumgardner, 104, of Hamden, passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at Heartland of Jackson Nursing Home. She was born April 27, 1907 in Dorton, Kentucky, daughter of the late Wilbur and Debora Steadman Elkins. Tina was the widow of the late John Bumgardner.

She is survived by two sons; four daughters and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Tina was preceded in death by two sons and two grandsons.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, December 28, 2011 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor Perry Bradford officiating. Interment will be in Hamden Cemetery, Hamden. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6-8 P.M. and on Wednesday, from 11 A.M. until the time of the service.
