Phyllis Yvonne Timberlake

Phyllis Yvonne Timberlake, 72, of New Marshfield, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011 at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens. She was born November 3, 1939 in Dorothy, West Virginia, daughter of the late Charles Fred and Maudie Pearl Stover Aldridge. Phyllis was married for 49 years to John Lee Timberlake, who survives.

She loved everything outdoors including her flowers, fishing and hunting mushrooms and ginseng but she loved her grandchildren most of all.

Phyllis is survived by sons, Mike Becky Munn of New Plymouth, Tim Kellee Munn of Pensacola, Florida and Johnny Tammy Timberlake of New Marshfield; daughters, Patty Kenny McLain and Jenny Steve Woods, both of New Marshfield; fourteen grandchildren and twenty one grandchildren with one on the way.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ted and Bob Aldridge and a grandson, Johnny Timberlake II.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville, with Rev. Stan West officiating. Interment will be in New Marshfield Cemetery, New Marshfield. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 11 A.M. until the time of the service.
