Barbara Sue Mohler

Barbara Sue Mohler, 70, of New Straitsville, passed away Monday, January 9, 2012 in Logan. She was born January 26, 1941 in Logan, Ohio, daughter of the late Jesse and Freda Haddox Klinger. Barb was married for 50 years to James W. Mohler, who survives.

She retired from Goodyear in Logan and was presently employed at Wal-Mart in Logan. Barb was a member of the Maxville United Methodist Church and the Logan Moose Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Lynn Roger Poling of Rockbridge; sisters, Darlene Kay Gilkey and Phyllis Clark both of Logan; sister-in-law, Judy Kennedy of Junction City and a special niece, Bailey Cherry of New Plymouth.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Don Klinger; sisters, Carolyn Gilkey and Dorothy Cherry and nephew, Leroy Gilkey.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Friday, January 13, 2012 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Rick Bennington and Kathy Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Perry County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2-4 P.M and 6-8 P.M.
