Thomas Hagerty

Thomas Hagerty, 59, of McArthur, went to meet his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. He was born August 12, 1952 in Logan, to his loving parents, Dorothy and Dick Hagerty of Chillicothe.

In addition to his parents, he is survived his beloved children, Jimmy Tiffany of South Bloomingville and Marissa of New Plymouth; three grandchildren, Brandon, Zoey and Faith and siblings, Ron Judy of Chillicothe, Marilyn Hagerty Taylor K.C. of Chillicothe and Steve Becky of Logan.

He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Dickie Hagerty.

Thomas was a 1970 graduate of Vinton County High School and attended Ohio University and Hocking Technical College. He served in the Navy for two years and worked at the Chillicothe Veterans Hospital and the Huntington Bank.

He will be sadly missed.

Funeral mass will be held 10 A.M., Monday, February 13, 2012 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, 119 North Second St., Zaleski, with Father Richard Engle officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wellston. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur on Sunday, from 2-5 P.M.
