Connie Elizabeth O'Rourke

Connie Elizabeth O'Rourke, 51, of Nelsonville, passed away Friday, April 6, 2012 at her residence. She was born November 14, 1960 in Logan, daughter of the late Dale and Anna Robinson Chesser. Connie was the widow of the late Jon O'Rourke.

She was an administrative assistant for Hocking County Behavioral Health and graduated from Hocking College.

Connie is survived by sons, Josh Jennifer O'Rourke and Jake Katie O'Rourke both of Nelsonville; grandchildren, Hunter, Brianna, Izzy, Joshua and Bradyn; brothers, John Chesser of Hamden, Matt Lorie Chesser of Dundas, Clarence Norma Chesser of McArthur, Ben Lori Chesser of Dundas, Aaron Jamie Chesser of Dundas, Kevin Theresa Chesser of Dundas and Jeff Diane Chesser of Jackson; sister, Frona Chesser of Dundas and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Connie was preceded in death by a brother, David Chesser.

Private services will be held by the family on Saturday, April 14, 2012. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
