Carol Sue Barnett

Carol Sue Barnett, 60, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012 at her residence. She was born December 5, 1951 in Athens, Ohio, daughter of the late Gilbert R. and Irene Lucinda Martin Smith.

Sue formerly worked for Ahoy Transport in McArthur.

She is survived by her daughter, Tina Marie Gardner of McArthur; son, Travis Lee Barnett of McArthur; grandchildren, Kimberly Dawn and Kari Lynn Gardner; sisters, Martha Lloyd Robinette of McArthur, Wanda Richard Schrader of McArthur and Sandra Chester Seitz of McArthur and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her first husband, Ricky A. Dozer; granddaughter, Kayla Marie Gardner and brother, Steve Smith.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Rev. Barry Benson officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
