Elizabeth P. Scott

Elizabeth P. Scott, 88, of New Plymouth, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Doctors Hospital in Nelsonville. She was born April 5, 1924 in Perry County, daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Mikaloski Paessun. Elizabeth was the widow of the late Ray Scott.

She was a retired waitress.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Gary Finn of Texas, Steven Cochrane of Columbus and Richard Cochrane of Chillicothe; daughter, Annette Hopps of New Plymouth; grandchildren, Lorie, Jason and Melynda; great grandchildren, Benny, Rebecca, Rachael and Jacob; brothers, Anthony Paessun of Columbus and Louis Paessun of Dayton and a sister, Estella Norrocky of Heath.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Tripp; brothers, Paul, Stanley and Frank and an infant brother, Walter.

Graveside services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, June 21, 2012 in Pioneer Cemetery, Westerville, with Dr. David Hogg officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
