Jean A. James

Jean A. James, 70, of Logan, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan. She was born July 14, 1942 in Rockbridge, daughter of the late Paul Eugene and Sylvia A. Pittman Bailey. Jean was the widow of the late Charles James.

She retired from AEP and was a member of Kline Memorial Church.

Jean is survived by her son, Edward Kristy White James of Logan; grandson, Dakota James; sisters, Jane Loren Davis of Springfield, Berdena Johnson of Logan and Joyce Charlene McMillan of Millfield and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Pastor Larry Stirling officiating. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Perry County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 4-8 P.M.
